Tourette’s Syndrome is a neuropsychiatric disorder that becomes apparent in childhood and young adulthood.

Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder is a condition usually present in childhood, but sometimes not diagnosed until adulthood. It can cause distress and emotional dysregulation when the sufferer cannot complete tasks they set out to do, and/or lose track of their thoughts easily, which causes frustration and stress.

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

OCD causes doubt in almost everything and gives people the urge to do things they otherwise do not want to do.

Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

"Inference-based Cognitive-Behavior Therapy (I-CBT) is an evidence-based treatment that is based on the central idea that obsessions are abnormal doubts about what “could be”, or “might be” (e.g. “I might have left the stove on”; “I might be contaminated”; “I might be a deviant”)."

Internal Family Systems

"IFS is a transformative tool that conceives of every human being as a system of protective and wounded inner parts led by a core Self. We believe the mind is naturally multiple and that is a good thing."
